€9,500
A platinum and diamond retro cocktail ring from cira 1950. This “bombe” style ring is has a three dimensional half sphere shape. What is unusual about this cocktail ring is that it has a large centre stone to the middle, a lot of rings from this period contain lots of smaller stones with no centre piece. The centre round brilliant cut diamond in this ring is estimated to weigh 0.67ct. The other 78 eight-cut diamonds have a combined weight of 2.18ct. This gives the ring a combined total estimated diamond weight of 2.75ct. The ring is made from unhallmarked platinum.

Shortly afterwards they opened the company's second store on Chatham Street, Dublin. The third store, opposite the General Post Office (GPO) on Dublin's O'Connell Street, opened in 1986.
Starting in 2003 the fourth generation joined the family business. Paul Brereton joined in 2003 and Derek Brereton started in 2009.
