Very Fine quality Aide Memoire with vacant silver cartouche on front. French, C.1880. Original pencil conforming to hinge as the closure which when removed opens to reveal original blue satin note book and fitted purse or visiting card sleeve compartment section. Pencil also unscrews to allow for lead insert. Fine colour and patina, likely French.C.1880.Dimensions: 4.25 x 2.75 inches.
