A rare Victorian silver ‘Unity Patent’ Vesta case & Cigar cutter, Birmingham 1888 Horton & Allday. Heavy gauge silver, the spring action triangular cutter blade is housed in the hinged cover and released by depressing the catch. The vesta case with integral striker to base. Original suspension ring and no monogram. In good condition with no damage or repair, good clear hallmarks to rim, very firm hinge and spring action cigar cutter. Dimensions: 50 x 40 x 11mm. 40g
