Antique 19th century Amethyst and Diamond large flower Brooch, C.1880. The brooch with five graduated size carved amethyst petals, the centre stamen set with an old cut diamond, approximately 0.70 ct, with a surround of 12 small rose cut diamonds; the gold branch of realistic texture. French marks to pin and closure hook. Brooch measures: approximately 2 x 1.25 inches. Total Item Weight: 18.4 gm. Later fitted case.
