Pair of Georgian Silver Sugar Nips C.1725 John Gray (Ref: Grimwade P.100 No 1319.) These early sugar nippers with plain ring finger grips, straight baluster arms and engraved central box hinge. Marked on nipper with lion passant and IG, the outside with possibly gothic P. Length: 4.25 inches. Item Weight: 19.06 grams. Condition: Good. Reflections from photography only. Original patina.
