Magnificent large Nine piece Tea and Coffee Service – Garrard & Co, London 1839-42. Tilt Kettle with burner, Coffee Pot and brazier stand, Teapot, 2 x slop bowls, 2 x two handled sugar bowls, 2 x milk jugs. Each piece of a pumpkin panel form richly decorated with embossed and chased scroll, shell, foliate and scale design. Height of Kettle: 16 inches. Height of Coffee Pot: 12 inches. Bowls: 7.25 x 3.25 inches. Total Weight: Approximately 260 oz. Coat of Arms and motto for Henniker, Baron (Henniker-Major) … `Deus major columna’……….God a greater pillar of support. All pieces hallmarked. Condition very good. Original Box has wear.
