Rare and early Irish silver cream jug, made in Dublin circa 1733 by Alexander Brown. On a pedestal foot, this is one of the very earliest cream jugs of this form, and was formerly in the Ticher Collection. Hallmarked beside the handle, 117 grams and 8cm tall. A very rare piece of early Irish silverware.
