Jugendstil Art Nouveau Fruit Stand, prob WMF. C.1920. Modeled as a maiden holding aloft an urn which supports a cut glass bowl of scalloped lozenge and panel design, the maiden standing on large jugendstil secessionist design. Marks: ‘I/0 OX’ (for oxidised silver plate) and the number 345 to underside of base, Platina Wurttemberg on base and the under bosse on glass fruit bowl when unscrewed stamped 13. Height: 16.5 inches. Diameter of Bowl: 11 inches. Diameter of Base: 5.5 inches.
