19thc Rustic Verwood Pottery Jug

A wonderful pot bellied pottery jug made in Dorset at the Verwood pottery in the mid nineteenth century, these pots are heavy and would have been very heavy full of milk or water, this one has been used a lot as the base is worn from being tipped.
