Vodrey set up a workshop in Dublin’s Moore Street and in 1880 opened a retail shop in Mary Street. He exhibited his Ceramics at the Dublin National Exhibition
The Silver Shop is a well established family run shop in the centre of Dublin primarily specializing in Irish and English Silverware dating from the 17th to the 20th Century, catering to the tastes of connoisseur or the casual purchaser.
There is always on display a large and varied collection, in fine presentable condition, be it a christening, birthday, wedding or anniversary gift, plus fine period silver and gold jewelry.
The shop also stocks 18th and 19th century portrait miniatures,many by important Irish artists,along with an eclectic collection of Oriental and European porcelain.
